Here's what I'd do. Leave everything as-is and park the Jeep after a long drive to insure the batteries are fully charged. Read the voltage of the battery. Then let it sit overnight. Read the voltage again and see how much it dropped. It shouldn't be much, no more than 0.1v. If it's more than that something is definitely draining the battery.It's called "regenerative braking". Your JL has it. When coasting and foot off the pedal, the generator charges the 48V battery. This applies to vehicles with eTorque. My jeep does not have eTorque.
