Does call of brine stack with overcharge
Call of Brine and Overcharge can combine to go up to 155% gradual regression after damaging a Generator. Eruption and Jolt can combine to go up to 18% instant progression loss after both activate. Overcharge and Huntress Lullaby can combine to go up to 10% additional progression loss.It's that there are two regression rate perks that stack and are triggered by the same thing (kicking the gen). Nerfing their rates to the point where they're useless on their own is silly. The core of the problem is the stacking. Make it only take the highest regression rate. Kick a gen. Call of brine rate until overcharge overtakes it. Without combining them with each other or lets say Overcharge, what do you think of these perks? Personally i think Call of Brine would KINDA be okaish on its own, but Eruption still presents a problem due to its lack of counter. I still feel both perks should be balanced, and we already have confirmation for Eruption (thank god).
