Faint line on ovulation test could i be pregnant mumsnet
There's a very faint line on the pregnancy test (picture linked) and I'd like a second opinion. The speculation is high and I don't want to do the second more expensive test too soon! Is this very faint line visible to you? I hope it's visible enough on the photo to be seen. I could be clutching at straws. The very earliest the most sensitive test can give you a positive is 8dpo (and that's assuming you don't implant late). An embryo won't have implanted by 5dpo so your body can't be producing any HCG that early. Then my 'period' has turned up 6 days early, but it was just some pink spotting for 3 days. Today would be day 28 out of expected 30 day cycle. I have taken a clear blue test yesterday and two super drug test one last night and one this morning, all10 mIU sensitive, and they all had evaps, super vaint grey lines, within the time window.Clearblue which looked positive after 2 hours, followed by clear blue which had an evap line after 25 mins, followed by a definite negative followed by a negative digital. 4 months of trying so far using the clearblue ovulation tests and seeing those evap lines is confusing and heart breaking. I done a poundland pregnancy test on monday and it came up with a very very faint line.So confusing. The thing is, you ovulate 2 weeks (give or take a day) after the first day of your period. So that test you took is not indicating ovulation if you're due your period in 3 days! It says on the box that any visible line is a positive. So if it's not indicating ovulation then it's indicating pregnancy!You may be pregnant but unfortunately some tests do have evap lines. I had a regular period March April and may (a little lighter than usual) but June is where it gets weird. I get a faint line most of the time. I'm 5 weeks pregnant and did one yesterday to test the opk as a hpt thing and it's definitely true. Line went dark as soon as it got wet and I've never had one go so dark so fast. If you are pregnant the opk should get darker over the next few days I think.
