Ethical issues in sports today

In this article, which frequently refers to the World Economic Forum’s 17th Edition of the Global Risks Report, we’ll highlight 20 current global issues we must address, including issues related to climate change, COVID-19, ….

Competition is not unethical. It is reasonable that winners be rewarded, even if their victories have an element of chance; this is the essence of a game, and games are fundamental to humanity.Ethical problems are defined as situations that organizations or businesses that must choose between situations and alternatives that can be viewed as either right or wrong. It can be understood as difficult issues requiring a moral solution. Five areas considered to be the biggest ethical areas in sports today will be discussed. Kirk O. Hanson is the executive director of the Markkula Center for Applied Ethics. Matt Savage was a Hackworth Fellow at the Center.
