This is for people who just want to start a fresh journey but with the NJ+ Perks and lightsaber crystals available from the beginning. This save file is a modded save file. Basically, this version already has All Skills, Perks, Stances, Map Upgrades, BD-1 Hacks ... Then rename your 3.1.gba file to whatever you want. Next, Patch a New Fire Red Squirrels and rename it to exactly what your 3.1 Version was called. This way the Game might use for example "RadicalRed.gba" as game base and the "old" "RadicalRed.sav" as save files and as you are Just in the main Menu, pressing New Game might work and give you NG+
